When the user inputs the Unblock PIN2 code in the Dialer app, the Unblock PIN2 title header is truncated.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131115004003
2) Select Serbian Cyrillic as the language.
3) Open the Dialer app.
4) Input **052*PIN2_UNBLOCKING_KEY*NEW_PIN2*NEW_PIN2# and press the green call button.
5) Verify the title header is truncated.
Actual:
The title header is truncated.
Expected:
The title header is fully displayed.

The title header is shortened with patch from bug 965262
