Device language is set to Bulgarian. User is required to input a PUK number before accessing the phone. The title of the PUK input screen displays truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131115004003
2) Set device language to Bulgarian.
3) Ensure user must input a PIN code to use the phone.
4) Restart Device.
5) Navigate to 'SIM PIN required' screen.
6) Input an incorrect PIN several times until presented with PUK lock screen.
7) Observe PUK Lock Screen title.

Actual:
Title is truncated.

Expected:
Title is not truncated.

The PUK title header is no longer truncated in the latest Buri build v1.2

Changing to verified fixed.
