Description:
The string "Tap to track your internet usage" is truncated in notifications.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131115004003
2)  Change language to Bulgarian.
3)  Pull down the notification bar and look under "New SIM inserted".

Actual:
The string "Tap to track your internet usage" is truncated.

Expected:
The string is not truncated.

Please note that when no SIM is inserted, the "Insert a SIM to enable usage" is truncated under "No SIM inserted" in notifications. Screenshot attached.
