The string "Enter SIM PIN" is truncated in the header.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131115004003
2) Change language to Bulgarian.
3) Tap on the "Settings" icon.
4) Tap on "SIM" security.
5) Tap on "SIM PIN" to enable the feature.
6) Observe the header.
Actual:
The string "Enter SIM PIN" in the header appears truncated.
Expected:
The string is not truncated.
