Description:
The string "Unlock your SIM to enable usage" is truncated in Notifications.
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131115004003
2) Change the language to "Serbian Cyrillic".
3) Tap on the "Settings" icon to open settings.
4) Tap on "SIM Security".
5) Tap on "SIM PIN" to enable it.
6) Set a PIN Code.
7) Restart the device.
8) When prompted to enter in a pin code, do not enter the code.
9) Pull down the notification bar and look under "Locked SIM".
Actual:
The string "Unlock your SIM to enable usage" is truncated.
Expected:
The string is not truncated.

This same string is also truncated on the Serbian-Latin language.

The string "Unlock your SIM to enable usage" is shortened with patch from bug 965262
