Description:
The string "Enter PUK Code" is truncated in the header.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131115004003
2)  Change language to Bulgarian.
3)  Tap on the "Settings" icon.
4)  Tap on "SIM" security.
5)  Tap on "SIM PIN" to enable the feature.
6)  Restart the phone.
7)  Enter in the wrong PIN code 3 times.
8)  Observe the "Enter PUK Code" header.

Actual:
The string "Enter PUK Code" in the header appears truncated.

Expected:
The string is not truncated.
