User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 SeaMonkey/2.22 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131028185648 Steps to reproduce: Upon creating a new e-mail account, once on the screen to view the SMTP server information, it defaults to Port 1 and must be changed manually to reflect 465/587 accordingly.
Edward, this is a regression, no? Ratty, this doesn't sound familiar to me but I'm not totaly in tune with smtp issues. suggest you check the component buts

This was the first I noticed it default to Port 1, so I cannot say for sure that it is a regression.
Also see this with SeaMonkey 2.22 on Windows Vista 32-bit.
