Details

Our contract with getsatisfaction is running out and Thunderbird needs a place to give user to user support. On top that we just finished rewriting our show-for code, which will make it much easier to add support for more products. The timing seems right to move Thunderbird support over to SUMO finally. We want to offer self service support via the KB and user to user support via the support forums for Thunderbird.
