User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 SeaMonkey/2.22 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20131028182244

Steps to reproduce:

Attempting to access mail and newsgroups account settings.

Actual results:

Returns this error: A parent directory of the directory specified in the Local Directory setting is already used by the "Local Folders" account. Please pick a different directory. And prevents access to the account information. These seems to have happened with a recent update. I see reports elsewhere on the web for the same problem in Thunderbird.

Expected results:

Should be able to access mail settings.
Is this a DUP of Bug 921371 - Can't edit account settings after update to version 24, folder location error ?
Possibly but in my case I'm using Seamonkey 2.22 and not Thunderbird. If it helps troubleshoot the problem, my mail folder is on a different drive than the Seamonkey install. Seamonkey resides on the C: drive and mail is here: F:/SMMail/Mail and F:/SMMail/ImapMail
