Description:
The strings "Sync friends" and "Try again" appear truncated. 

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131118004001
2)  Change the language to Serbian-Cyrillic.
3)  Tap on the "Contacts" icon.
4)  Tap on the "Gear" icon to open settings.
5)  Look at the "Sync friends" string.
6)  Tap on "Sync friends".
7)  Turn off data and WiFi and tap on the "Submit" button to try and login to Facebook without a data connection present.

Actual:
The strings "Sync friends" and "Try again" are truncated.

Expected:
The strings are not truncated.
