Description:
When device language is set to Bulgarian, “Data Alert” text is truncated in header during initial launch.  Also the “Let’s Go!” button text is truncated as well on this screen.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131118004001
2) In settings set device language to Bulgarian.
3) Navigate to homescreen and launch Cost Control App, observe text on the “Data Alert” screen during initial launch.

Actual:
The header text is truncated along with the “Let’s Go!” button text.

Expected:
Natural spacing is provided to view the text strings in entirety.

Verified the bug is fixed on 1.2 COM RIL
The header is changed and no longer truncated
