Description:
When the user sets the device's language to Bulgarian while performing the FTE, the "Thumbs up" picture on the "Start your phone tour" screen covers the text in the lower portion of the screen. "Start tour" is also truncated at the bottom of the screen.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131118004001
2) Start the device's FTE, Settings > Device Information > More Information > Reset Phone
3) Select Bulgarian as the device's language.
4) Progress normally to the "start your phone tour" screen

Actual:
"Thumbs up" picture covers the text behind it. "Start tour" appears truncated.

Expected:
No translated text to be obscured by pictures or appear truncated.
