From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.3+)
Gecko/20010805
BuildID: 20010805
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Run another app accessible via Alt-Tab
2) Type in location bar
3) Alt-Tab to other app OR click on taskbar entry for other app
4) Alt-Tab back to mozilla OR click on taskbar entry for mozilla
Actual Results: Browser is not activated. The title bar is grey.
Expected Results: Browser is active (hopefully with location bar focus)
I'm not reporting bug 37064 "URL bar focus lost on minimize/restore, alt-tab
switch". (Although that bug seems to have resufaced-- see bug 93877 --which I'm
experiencing too.)
If I switch applications away from and back to mozilla again (steps 3 and 4),
mozilla becomes activated.
I'll attach a screenshot to show that the taskbar entry is indented while the
titlebar is grey (my inactive color).

*I forgot to mention that this occurs in winME and not win2k.*
spiraldm@excite.com: I reported this bug, because bug 37064 addresses the
location bar losing focus. This bug only concerns Mozilla being treated like an
inactive window.
I would think 37064 should be reopened and 93877 closed as dupe (I don't know),
but I don't think that concerns this bug.

aaronl, is this a known bug? [ie, other than bug 37064.]

My guess is this bug has something to do with autocomplete. I can't reproduce
this bug on WinNT 4 (2001 080603), however, so I can't test whether it also
happens with mail autocomplete.

I have read over bug 66834 a few times and I do not think this is a dupe. The
autocomplete dialog is not capturing the clicks to switch to other applications
in winME or win2k.
I think I made an error in the bug summary. The browser does regain focus (it
accepts keys and acts on them, in both the content area and the location bar)
but the title bar is not changed to the active color.
