Dragging data from metroFx over another metro app will cause the cursor to permanently become the "you can't drop here" cursor, even if you subsequently drag over an app that you _can_ drop into.

I'm not sure if this is specific to metro apps or whether dragging over a non-drag-and-drop desktop app would have the same effect.
