Steps To Reproduce:
0. Prepare Monito( resolution 1280*1024 )
1. Locate the upper part of the browser window in the center of the monitor
2. Click Star to Open Edit Bookmarks Panel
3. Click Folder tree expander and Tag list expander
4. Click Folder tree expander and Tag list expander again

Actual Results:
 Edit Bookmarks Panel does not shrink.

Expected Results:
 Edit Bookmarks Panel should be fit to height.

This isn't actually an Australis regression, I see this on beta on OS X as well.

I believe this got fixed somewhere along the lines. I've not seen it, and I've not heard of any more recent reports of it.
