User Story:
As a user, I want the option to remove the original content from an email reply. This will help decrease the size of emails and allow me to avoid re-sending email content that I don't want to send.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. When replying to an email I have the option to remove the orginal message content from teh reply.
2. Selecting this option removes all the orignal message content from the reply.
3. If I have added my own content it is perserved.
4. All receipents are left intact if the original message content is discarded.
