User Story:
As a user, I want to configure my phone to never attach the original message body when replying to an email. This will help me avoid sening content that I do not want to send.
Acceptance Criteria:
1. A setting exists to allow the user to configure weather the orginal content is added to replies or not.
2. Setting the switch to send original message results in the orginal message being appended to an email reply
3. Setting the switch to not-send results in nothing being appended to the email reply.
