"Device Information" is displayed truncated in the header as well as the Settings menu when device language is set to Bulgarian

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v1.2 comRIL BuildID: 20131118004001
2) Choose Bulgarian as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate into Settings App
4) Scroll down and tap on Device Information

Actual:
"Device Information" is displayed truncated 

Expected:
"Device Information" is displayed in its entirety
