Description:
When the device's language is set to Bulgarian, if the user accesses their settings for Media Storage; "Enable USB storage" and "Default media location" appear truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Buri to Build ID: 20131118004001
2) Set the device's language to Bulgarian.
3) Access Settings > Media Storage

Actual:
"Enable USB storage" and "Default media location" appear translated and truncated.

Expected:
Translated text should not appear truncated.

Verified the bug is fixed on the latest 1.2 COM RIL build
The "Enable USB storage" and "Default media location" are no longer truncated.
