94050 - Placement of the signature before quoted text

There's an option for when you are replying a message if you have the previous
message quoted, if you want your message before or after the quoted text. So
when a user selects before the quoted text, the signature should appear before
the quoted text too, because it looks pretty odd your reply before the quoted
and the signature after it. And also, it's pretty anoying having to cut it from
the bottom to after your message before the quoted text every time.
