"Signal strength" text is overlapping when device language is set to Bulgarian
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to v1.2 comRIL BuildID: 20131118004001
2) Choose Bulgarian as the default language during set-up
3) Navigate to Settings App
4) Tap on Wi-Fi
5) Tap on a Wi-Fi connection
Actual:
"Signal strength" text is displayed overlapping
Expected:
"Signal strength" text not displayed overlapping
