Description:
When device language is set to Romanian, “Add More Keyboards” header text is truncated in settings.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131119004006
2) Change device language to Romanian
3) Navigate to and launch Settings App
4) Navigate to Keyboards and Select Add more keyboards
5) Observe Header Text

Actual:
“Add More Keyboards” header text is truncated.

Expected:
Natural spacing provided to view the text string in its entirety.

Now string are: „Selectează tastaturi”. Text title fit in Flame phone, Gaia 2.2
Perhaps fit in Keon. Cristian?

Bug are fixed in Gaia 2.2, Flame phone

Offtopic: Romanian keyboard are missing. Why? :P
