Description:
When the device's language is set to Bulgarian, When the user accesses "Add More Keyboards"; the header appears truncated.

Repro Steps:
1) Buri to Build ID: 20131118004001
2) Set the device's language to Bulgarian.
3) Access Settings > "Keyboard Settings" > "Built-in Keyboard" > "Add More Keyboards"

Actual:
The "Add More Keyboards" header appears truncated.

Expected:
Translated text should not appear truncated.
