RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 947854

People

(Reporter: rhys, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130814063812

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a page with a video player that supports going fullscreen
2. Make Firefox fullscreen (⌥⌘F)
3. Put the video into fullscreen mode
4. Take the video out of fullscreen mode

[1]: Most pages work, but I can confirm it happens on http://www.giantbomb.com/videos/quick-look-killer-instinct/2300-8240/

Actual results:

Both the video and Firefox window are taken out of fullscreen mode

Expected results:

The video should have exitied fullscreen mode, but the Firefox window itself should stay in fullscreen.
Was about to report this bug, also experiencing it in the giantbomb website using build Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0
Really annoying Bug.

Thanks for the report! Another report about this was already triaged by the Firefox team, so I'm marking this one duplicate.
