2) pinch in a couple times
you should end up with points c & d inside the view bounds, with black areas where content doesn't exist.

This should be fixed with bug 935219. Retest? If you can't get to it let me know and I can test it.

This appears to be fixed on latest m-c. When pinching in, it only allows pinching in to the point where A and B are visible. You then have to scroll down to see C and D. This is the desired behaviour (prevention of over-pinching resulting in black areas).
