941017 - At high zoom levels, context menus randomly disappear / reappear

I'm guessing graphic related.

str:

1) Open test case
2) zoom in a lot around the form drop down
3) tap the form drop down

result: the menu will display briefly while it's in it's transition phase, then disappear after it reached it's final position. Tapping on the page to hide the menu will briefly show the menu again for the fade out transition.

You can also select items in the menu (hit return) when it's not getting painted.

This is really sloppy when you see it, but I doubt a lot of users will zoom in heavily on form inputs. We need to find a fix for this (which might be in 932055), but it doesn't block.
