Mozilla 0.9.3 prints only the 1st page. Even when selecting *Last* page first,
it prints only the *first* page.

But when printing with Netscape 4.77 its works fine, all pages are printed.
(this is to say that my printer setup is working)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the URL http://www.bangkokpost.com/270701/270701_News01.html
2. Select menu File -> print
3. Select First page first or last page first is the same.
4. Select A4, print rage: all pages
5. Print

Actual Results:  Only the *first* page is printed (selecting first page first of
last page first is the same).
The following pages are not printed.

Expected Results:  Print also the following pages.

I tried to print this URL with netscape 4.77, it printed all the pages perfectly.
