User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131120062258 Steps to reproduce: Open customization window Try to take out "Show All Tabs" button from tabs toolbar button. Try to add it to customization panel or on navbar Actual results: Not possible, "Show all tabs" drag get "not allowed" sign, always return on tabs toolbar. Expected results: "Show All tabs" suppose be removable.

This was a conscious decision as part of bug 878551. Without new arguments as to why it shouldn't be next to the actual tabs, I don't think we will change this decision.
