Steps to reproduce:
Using firefox to play local MP4(h264) media files. only the audio is available. the height of the video element is set to 0px.

I don't understand how that relates. You have a page that is reproducing this problem, right? Could you attach it to this bug to allow someone else to attempt to reproduce the problem too?

I just drag the file into firefox. I can't find the real html page.

I can reproduce this just by clicking the attachment up above; thanks! If I disable the height property from the style inspector, the video shows up just fine.

Zhoubcfan, which version of Firefox are you using to reproduce this? If it only happens in Nightly then I think it's a duplicate of bug 937429.

Yes, the patch from 937429 solve the problem.
