9 basics changes (see them in action in the pdf attached).

1. Don't display the banner at the top.
2. Don't display the read content offline link and its box.
3. Don't display Redirect message, useless here.
4. Don't underline links.
5. Use Open Sans or another sans-serif font
6. Examples should have the vertical side border and a blue background (but likely not the pattern in it).
7. This (Document Tags and Contributors) header shouldn't be printed.
8. Tags should be on one line, separated by commas.
9. Not enough space between the icon and the text.
