Description:
In any application where user can select text entry field to bring up keyboard, by pressing the homescreen button then immediately selecting a text entry field the keyboard will remain on screen and functional after user is returned to homescreen. Interacting with the keyboard still enters text into the selected application field of minimized program. This works with all keyboard types including PIN entry keyboard from PIN Settings. When attempted with open page in Firefox, the keyboard does not persist, but briefly flashes on homescreen before disappearing.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131120004000
2) Open any app where user can select a text entry field
3) Press homescreen button on phone
4) Immediately select text field before screen transitions to homescreen

Actual:
Keyboard persists after returning to homescreen from multiple apps if user selects text field immediately after pressing homescreen button.

Expected:
Keyboard does not persist when switching or closing apps.

A possibly related issue occurs when user moves cursor rapidly between characters in a text field. Performing this action causes keyboard to briefly disappear/pop out revealing the homescreen background. This can be done in any application, but is easiest to reproduce in the Settings app while changing the SIM PIN.
