Steps to reproduce:

- 1) open Firefox,
- 2) close Firefox,
- 3) try to restart : erreor message "Firefox is still running. Close Firefox then restart ot restart your system"
This appear after installation of Firefox 25.0.1


Actual results:

Appears after installation of some adds-on like : Down Them All and Adblock Plus Pop-up.
I must open the task manager and manually kill the "firefox.exe*32" process to restart


Expected results:

Completely close after "quit" selection.

Firefox works well after installation aof Adblock Plus, but does not close after installation of AdBlock Plus Pop-Up, Down Them All or CM-CIC confidence toolbar

Firefox remains opened after "Quit" : the task is still living

Bug resolved : After OS installation, the bug disappeared.
This bug was caused by something wrong within my OS.
