Unlike the door hanger for click-to-play on hidden plugins, the new infobar implemented on bug 932854 is missing the "Learn more..." link that points to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/why-do-i-have-click-activate-plugins I believe the info bar should have the link as well as it might help inform/educate our users.
Yeah, it was in the spec but not essential. Requires some nontrivial changes to the notification bindings.
