STR:

1. Sign in on 
2. Load https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/admin/featured-versions/
3. Read the error message

Actual Results:

"You are not logged in" appears at the top, in yellow.

Expected Results:

An error message specific to the account-permissions needed to access that /admin/ URL
