Purely for convienence. Option to not set or unset Master Passwords. May be achieved by leaving "new passord" and "confirm password" fields null.

Marking fixed. 10/8 Branch WinNT build. Edit>Prefs>Privacy>Master Password. There is now a button to reset the master password. Also, if you don't encrypt passwords, you are not asked to setup a master password.
