When Bookmark submenu larger then screen is opened main menu get's scrollbuttons even if smaller then screen.

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010801 BuildID: 2001080110 When a subfolder with a longer bookmarklist then the screenheigth is opened the mainmenu get's scrollbuttons, this remain even after the submenu is left again, and appear in all browser windows until restart. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a Bookmark subfolder with more Bookmarks then fit on the screen. 2. Open it. 3. Actual Results: The main menu, get's the scroll buttons. Expected Results: The main menu should remain unchanged
Correction: it doesn't propagate to other browser windows.
