User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.2; WOW64; rv:28.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/28.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20131118030203 Steps to reproduce: This may be an intended "bug", but I cannot remove the 3 line combo button using "customize" on the last week or so of version 28 upgrades. Most of the classic themes don't work with this button and display all available icons instead. About the only theme around that works is the default theme. Actual results: I used to be able to remove the 3 line combo button with customize. Now it seems to be hardwired. Expected results: I would like to remove this button for now and just stick with my old toolbars
