I jumped the gun on the unthrottling, but we still have revision 1.287 once we're ready.

27.0 didn't ship; 27.0.1 is bug 972487.

Oh, I dunno. It shipped in terms of being on the website, and about a third of our daily ADI's were updated to it, just not fully unthrottled updates.
