1. Go to http://www.wired.com/ with Firefox OS (ZTE) or Firefox, Opera (Android)
2. The desktop web site is served to the device

Get the mobile content like iOS Safari

Received the Desktop Content.

Opera Mini is also receiving the desktop content.
Android Stock browser is receiving a half assed mobile site, not usable.

I'm not sure if this bug is relevant. Wired.com uses mobify.js to (attempt to) make a responsive site. Issues with Mobify and/or Firefox causes some problems that as of right now are not fully understood, I think - the best bug for following up that is bug 923360. As I no longer see signs of sniffing and different content sent to different devices, I'll close this as WFM - further work in the other bug..
