Details
With dark or even medium-bright window frame colors, the text text on background text is not legible on Windows 8.
We should switch the color of the text between dark grey and light grey depending on the window frame color.

Assuming you have access to Win8, you can help! I posted a question in bug 940393 (which I'm duping this to) about how to get the right color here. :-)
