Description: When user opens any app then immediately presses the home button followed by the same app's icon as the app is still opening, all app icons on screen (including those in the dock) become unresponsive and do not open apps when pressed. Repro Steps: 1) Updated Buri to BuildID: 20131126004001 2) Select any app icon on screen 3) As app is opening quickly press home button 4) Immediately press the above-mentioned opened app's icon again Actual: Pressing home and the open apps icon while app is opening causes all icons to become unresponsive. Expected: Rapidly pressing home, then an app icon does not cause icons to become unresponsive.
