Build: 11/26/2013 1.3 Buri
STR
1. Put the phone to sleep
2. Wake the phone from sleep
Expected
The phone should render the whole phone, not part of it, when waking up from sleep.
Actual
The status bar renders first, then two seconds later, the whole phone shows. It feels like a visual glitch.

I'm pretty sure this is a fallout from bug 936201.
