If not follow these steps:
1. Go to www.games.com
2. Click on any of the games under 'Board & Word Games' Or Arcade Games
3. You my have to go click on an individual game to get to the login screen
4. Click on 'Guest' Button
5. Click 'Yes' for the Encrytion Warning dialog 
==> An Unknown Certifying Authority dialog is displayed

Result.
CA Dialog is missing necessary radio button choices:
Accept this certificate permanetly
Accept this certificate temporarily for this session
Do not accept this certificate and do not connect to this web site

It only provides one choice to "remember this certificate permanently".

Note:
The placement of the "View Certificate" button is very awkward.
 
Tested with NSCP 6.1 the 3 choices are present (Though there is a bug with 
buttons displayed).

the radio buttons were removed with the patch for bug 91466, which improved the
ui design of the unknown ca alert.
