Steps to reproduce:
Just opening up firefox as normal
Actual results:
developer window opens up at random times. Cant get rid of it at all.
Expected results:
Developer window shouldnt be opening.

Does it happen
* in safe mode (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode)?
* with a new profile (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles)?
