* Reproduce Steps
1. Dialing call to secondary SIM.
2. After call is connected, open dialer, press add call button, dial out non-emergency call.

* Expected Result
If it's not an emergency call, user should get a warning message that call cannot be made due to current active call is not connected with primary SIM. So call cannot be dialed out.

* Actual Result
User can still press add call and dial out 2nd call which is not going to make it. MO call status is connecting displayed on dialer and this will confuse user(dialing.png). After couple seconds, the MO call will be ended.

This needs addressing in v1.4 - if I have a ongoing call on a SIM and I want to do a teleconf call then the dialer should use that SIM for all calls.

this is definitely something we need to address - but this can be done for v1.5 or later. this is a polish item to make the useability better.

I'd suggest popping up a confirm window which shows: 

Title: Can't add a call
String: The primary SIM for outgoing calls is set to the other SIM. 


Users can tap "OK" to close the window.

We can't repro this anymore. It was fixed during the DSDS stabilization, bug 946866 or somewhere in its dependency tree.
