Details

Zippy is a reference implementation of payment providers. It never implements things but is a service to show payment providers what to do. It also gives us the advantage of being able to test solitude and other things more completely (for example large parts of solitude aren't tested on dev).

Zippy will not go to stage or production, its just going to be used on dev for the forseeable future. Its running on stackato, and I was going to use that, but that's too unstable to rely on right now.

We'd like for it to be updated on every commit if possible.

paas is back up and I'm tempted just to leave it on there, since it works and it's less to maintain.
