1. Turn on Bluetooth, "Settings" -> "Bluetooth".
2. Unable to turn off by tapping the toggle switch.

If this is master manifest, bluez is using aosp version instead of caf version. I heard from lean said they saw malfunction if using aosp version. So they will help to modify master manifest for flatfish first.

After a while, the "Rename my device" is working, I am trying to find out what makes it work.

1. Turn on Bluetooth, "Settings" -> "Bluetooth".
2. Unable to turn off by tapping the toggle switch.
3. Back to "Home", tap "Music".
4. Back to "Home", tap "Settings".
5. Bluetooth device name appears under "Visible to all", "Rename my device" is working, "Devices in the area" also populates with lots of nearby bluetooth devices.

6. Turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on again.
7. (ISSUE) "Rename my device" is greyed out again, Bluetooth On/Of toggle is not working again.
