This is a continuous action It should be just one bug.

Hi, The 2 first steps have already a bug for this: bug 943460. I'd like that you try to separate steps 3 and 4 into 2 different bugs, it would be easier to fix. Thanks Walter.

(In reply to Walter Chen[:ypwalter][:wachen] from comment #2) > This is a continuous action > It should be just one bug. No. Continuous action does not justify a single bug - it'll be confusing to track. When a fault is hit, you should have a bug specific to that issue. Each fault found represents a single bug with specific STR.

Jason, you can be more helpful than this. You do know that, right? Here are some suggestion that you can do better: 1. If a fix doesn't fix a thing, that means "reopen", and don't do "resolved fixed". If you want to do "resolved fixed", get me a patch.. 2. "I don't understand this bug", "I don't fully understand this bug", and so on... Those are bad sentences. You can be more helpful to just watch the video we provided, look at the picture we provide, or just go through STR. If you still have other questions. Here is the solution -> tell us what you don't understand if you do follow all the things. Don't tell me that others needs to know details from me. I gave out the record and anyone can ask me question if he tries to reproduce and fails. 3. "Resolved invalid" is not helping at all, either. Come on, you can do better than a nonsense people. If you think this should be separate, you can help out by separate these bugs and set up the standard. 4. Back out changes is not a good practice, either. Jason, can you negotiate with people before you do something? Once we agree and get to know each others' thoughts, we can agree on something like finding the root causes or something else that we can both agree. However, doing things like this is not good at all. If you have free time to just saying "I don't understand" or "resolved invalid" or "backing out other people's patches"... Spend more time doing meaningful or helpful stuffs will be even better. You graduated from RIT. I think you can do much better than what you are doing now. Please be more helpful. I will appreciate your help. Perhaps, others can understand and find your works more valuable than ever. And, yes, Julien, I will be separating the bugs, and let you know. I was so much in a hurry to complete some jobs. I apologize for that. I was finally cover like almost 2 smoke test runs with other stuffs. Thanks for your help. I will dup this to the bug you opened.

Jason, What I commented in comment 5 wasn't intended to mess with you or any intention for making things worse. I'd like to apologize here for that I shouldn't mention your school and other related personal stuffs. Sorry for some bad words in comment 5, but what I meant was you are good in every aspect but we can communicate a little bit more.
Hey Walter, I'd like to comment about backouts, because in comment 5 you implies that backouts are bad things. Well, they are not. If a backout is right, this makes the phone work again. If a backout is wrong, it's super easy to revert it. Thanks for filing new bugs :)
