1. Timestamp and "connecting" vertical alignment should be related to Number or contact name baseline
2. Also, check out other languages for text superposition.
3. This font size is incorrect, and depends on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=944340

I think we should fix all dynamic font issues first (see bug 944340) before coming back to those vertical alignment issues.

This issue is not valid anymore. In the current implementation, "connecting" is only displayed when you place the first call. It's not when you place the second call.
