Steps:
1. Go to http://www.rsdn.ru/forum/tools/1154593.flat
2. Insert valid credentials into the registration form (username=vasya, password=Pa$$w0rd)
Actual result: the registration doesn't happen. User appears on registration form agaian (see 01.png)
Expected result: successful registration. User appears on the main page of the application. There is a record i n DB in account table (see 02.png)
Where is the registration form on that page?

Yes: all other bugs by the reporter are test bugs, and that page has no form.
